Years ago I purchased a garlic sausage somewhere and it was outstanding! Having searched for sausage of the same quality left me with little garlic flavor and fat filled sausage.

This sausage fills the bill. Real garlic flavor and quality meat not saturated with fat!

We are going to be gone from the area for a few months and will be buying two 3 lb sticks to be frozen for future use.
